The K-Bono is based on a range of service per hours so that the more hours contracted, the price decreases. The conditions are established always thinking of the best solution for each client and in accordance with him.
The technician always performs his tasks with the prior agreement between him and the client, and these are detailed in a Worksheet where the client signs his agreement.
The advantages of having a K-Bono and, therefore, of having subscribed our services in advance, are the following:

- Keep it in case of future price increases: The K-Bono is valid for 12 months.
- Having service priority, we guarantee the response as soon as possible and at the latest within the next business day.
- Install a free remote access system to resolve incidents remotely, faster, whenever possible.
